Ingredients
2 large eggs (or more for a larger omelet, using the 7 or 14 egg cooker)
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)
Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or green onions), finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Mixed salad greens for serving
Directions
Prepare the Omelet Mixture: Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk or water, salt, and pepper. Whisk until fully combined.
Set Up the Egg Cooker for Omelets: Pour water up to the "omelet" line into the egg cooker. Place the omelet bowl inside.
Cook Your Omelet in the Bella Egg Cooker: Pour the egg mixture into the omelet bowl. Add cheese and herbs on top. Cover with the lid and turn on. The omelet will take around 7-9 minutes to set perfectly.
Serve and Enjoy: Slide the fluffy omelet onto a plate, garnish with more fresh herbs if desired, and serve with mixed salad greens.
